I got the item on the 6th day which caused me not have the costume for the party I needed it for. When I called the company asking if I could return the costume, they proceeded to tell me that they were not responsible for regular ground shipping timing and will not refund my money. I asked the representative what was the purpose of them stating that ground shipping takes 3-5 days on their website, to which I got no clear answer. After bing on the phone with the customer service representative for about 5 minutes trying to make my point, she got tired of me and hung up the phone. I will not buy anything from that company ever again. Amazon did not do a good job following up either. It has been two month after my purchase and I am just now geting a link for my purchase review.
