2. What is your minimum order?
- There is no min order for new beginners..Please email us for your order.
(Attention: If the trial order is less than 100usd including postage,we will add 20usd as handling fee,which will be refunded to you in your second order.But if it is the first and last time you order from us,then the handling fee won't be refunded.)
We will offer some free shipping mix lots with different styles (most are hot sellers) for newbuyers too, with total amount 150usd- 300usd including postage.
- From the second order, we require min order 100usd excluding postage, MOQ 1-12 for each item.
3. Do you supply different sizes?
- Most of our items are one size, such as babydoll,chemise, teddy, dress and so on.
- Corset and Bikini has different sizes from M to XL.

4. What kinds of shipping way do you offer?How about the shipping cost?

5. How to save on shipping cost?
Buy more to save more on shipping. Keep in mind most Express Company (EMS)Charge based on each

You can see from the above chart, the postage for 6 pcs is the same as 1 pc,but the average postage 3.48usd is much lower than 20.9usd. And the same, 13 pcs cost the same postage as 7 pc,but average is different.So do more items.
So if you buy more, you can save more on your postage.
6. What about the order leading time and shipping time?
- If all the items you ordered are in stock,we can ship your goods in 72 hours (business days) after your payment. If you order a new arrival which need to be produced, then it will take 7-10 business days.
- Normally if there is no custom clearance problem, it will take 7-10 days for shipping by EMS, and 5-7 days by DHL, UPS ,TNT or FEDEX. (sometimes may be faster)

2. Are all the items shown on your site in stock?
- Almost. We won’t show the item on site if it is not in stock or stopped producing.
3. If several items I ordered are not in stock, how will you handle with it?
- We will contact with you by email, there will be four choices for you:
1) Change to other items which in stock with the same value
2) Deduct the value of the lack items from your order invocie before you pay
3) Refund the value of the lack items to you if you have paid
4) Send them to you with your next order if you will order again
4. Why can not I submit the order sometimes?
- It may be because of the min order, if the total goods value is less than 100usd,you can not submit an order. If you want to order less than 100usd,please email us.And please eamail us if you have any problems.
5. What is the safest payment way?

7. Can I get a CD from you with price and photos of all the products without your watermark?
- Yes, a CD with prices and photos without our watermark will be sent to you free with your package when you order from us for the first time.And you may ask for a new CD if you got the CD for too long a time.
8. Why can’t I find the items on your website but which are in CD?
- Some items may be stopped producing but we don’t delete the photos from our CD.We want to bring in new styles frequently and wash out some old styles.If you think some styles we wash out are hot sellers for you, please don’t hesitate to email us.
9. Can I ask a replace for the items I order which is in bad quality?
- Most of our items are in good quality,but sometimes they may be damaged. If they are in bad quality or broken on the shipping way,please take a photo for us to know about the problem, so we can pay more attention to the quality of that item, and if it is our fault, we will resend the good ones to you with your next order if you are going to order again,refund the value to you if you don’t have the order plan recently.
- Please pay attention to this, the HANDLING TIME for refund of problem items is ONE WEEK after you receive your goods.We won't charge for complaint out of this timeframe.
10. If I don’t receive my package in the timeframe you told me,what should I do?
